Mr. Nash received his B.S. in Biology from the University of California, San Diego in 2003 and his J.D. from New York Law School in 2006. He is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Mr. Nash concentrates his practice in the area of securities class actions. He took part in the preparation and recent trial of plaintiffs' claims as a member of the trial team in In re Vivendi Universal, S.A., Sec. Litig., Case No. 02-cv-5571 (RJH) (S.D.N.Y.), in which the jury returned a verdict in favor of plaintiffs. In 2009, Mr. Nash helped to achieve an important expansion of shareholder rights in the State of Maryland in a recent appellate decision in In re Laureate Education, Inc. Shareholder Litig., Case No. 24-C-07-000664 (Md. Cir. Ct).

Mr. Nash also has extensive experience in the other areas of the firm's practice, including consumer protection and employment cases.

In 2010, Mr. Nash is part of the litigation team litigating two class actions against Toyota Motor Corporation in Iglesias v. Toyota Motor Corp., et al., Case No. 10-cv-602, MDL-2151 (C.D. Cal.) and Kramer v. Toyota Motor Corp., et al., Case No. 10-cv-1154, MDL-2172 (C.D. Cal.), actions filed on behalf of the millions of owners and lessors of vehicles subject to Toyota's recalls for defects in accelerator pedal assemblies and anti-lock braking systems. Mr. Nash is also part of the team of attorneys litigating a class action against Quest Diagnostics, Inc., the largest medical testing and diagnostic company in the United States, in Seibert v. Quest Diagnostics, Inc., et al., Case No. 11-cv-304 (D.N.J.), based on allegations that the company violated the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination.

Mr. Nash is a member of the Federal Bar Council, New York State Bar Association and the New York County Bar Association.
