Abbey Spanier is currently investigating Frito Lay for paying its Route Sales Representatives (RSRs) overtime compensation as part of the Company’s Variable Rate Overtime (VROT) system which may violate federal and state wage and hour laws.  Therefore, Abbey Spanier believes that the Route Sales Representatives (RSRs) are entitled to be paid overtime compensation at one and one half their regular rate of pay.
